Who We Serve

At Eastside Center for Healing, we provide therapy that meets people where they are  developmentally, relationally, and emotionally. Our work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience.

We serve individuals and families across the lifespan, offering care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to real life.

Adults

We work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, life transitions, and long-standing patterns that no longer serve them. Therapy for adults may include trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness-based practices, and EMDR when appropriate.

Couples

Couples come to therapy for many reasons — communication breakdowns, trust repair, conflict, intimacy concerns, or major life stressors. We support couples in understanding relational patterns and building healthier ways of connecting.

Children

Children often express distress through behavior, play, or changes at school or home. We provide developmentally appropriate therapy that supports emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy attachment, while partnering closely with caregivers.

Teens

Adolescence is a time of rapid change and vulnerability. We work with teens experiencing anxiety, depression, identity concerns, trauma, academic stress, and family conflict, offering a space that balances support, autonomy, and skill-building.

Families

Families are complex systems. Family therapy supports improved communication, healthier boundaries, and shared understanding during times of stress, transition, or conflict. We help families move toward greater stability and connection.

A note about our approach

Across all populations, our clinicians integrate trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices, including EMDR and mindfulness-based therapy when clinically appropriate. Care is individualized — not one-size-fits-all.
