A private, mindful path to recovery, built around you.

Substance use and other addictive patterns often begin as a way to cope with stress, pain, trauma, or unmet needs. Over time, what once helped can start to cost you your health, your relationships, and your sense of self. At Eastside Center for Healing, we see addiction as something to understand, not something to be ashamed of. Our work is about learning, choice, and change, not labels.

Since 2004, we've helped individuals, couples, and families across the Eastside find their way to lasting recovery.

An Alternative to Traditional Rehab

Not everyone needs, or wants, a residential program or a group-based intensive outpatient program. We offer private, individualized intensive recovery work: focused, one-on-one care scheduled around your life and designed around your goals. It's a discreet option for people who need real support without stepping away from work or family.

For those who want community, we also offer a small recovery group that provides connection and accountability in a supportive setting.

Our Approach

Our work is grounded in mindfulness, neuroscience, and evidence-based therapy. Depending on your needs, your care may include:

  • Mindfulness and meditation practices to reduce reactivity and build awareness of triggers and cravings
  • CBT and DBT to shift the thought patterns and behaviors that keep addiction in place
  • Motivational interviewing to strengthen your own reasons for change
  • EMDR and trauma therapy to address the experiences that often sit underneath addictive behavior
  • Relapse prevention skills you can rely on long after therapy ends

We don't require a 12-step approach. We respect whatever path to recovery fits you, including SMART Recovery, Buddhist Recovery, Celebrate Recovery, 12-step programs, or a path that's uniquely your own.
